Join the West Auckland Historical Society

Bi-monthly newsletter - includes full reports of talks and heritage articles

Volunteer with us
Our Heritage Centre is run entirely by volunteers, and we are always happy to welcome new volunteers. There are opportunities to become involved in a variety of ways, including helping out on our public open days on Saturdays, showing visitors around, working with our archives material (scanning papers, photographs etc.), handling family history and research enquiries, and caring for Mill Cottage and grounds.

The West Auckland Historical Society is a registered charity reliant solely on its membership and volunteers to fundraise for operational purposes.
Get involved as a valued sponsor. Significant funds are required to operate Henderson’s Mill Cottage and for the continuous upgrading of our local history collections.
